Standard License Agreement - Stencils

Stencils purchased include our Standard License as follows:

1) personal use only

2) no commercial use
You may not reproduce the design image (in part or in whole) and sell as a stencil, stamp, woodcut, decal, tattoo.
You may not reproduce the design image (in part or in whole) and sell as a digital file (PDF,JPG,PNG,SVG etc) 
You may not host images on your website, Facebook or Instagram.
You may not use as a logo or trademark.
You may not alter the design image to create derivative works for sale.
You may not transfer the license to another party.

3) We reserve the right to revoke / refuse licensing at our discretion without notice if you are found to be in violation of our Standard License Agreement.

4) Copyrights are registered and retained by Late Boomer. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited and will be enforced with DMCA take down notice and further legal action if deemed necessary.
